The following content is a copy of a recent message Mr. Brown sent to the parents of his 4th grade students.
If you’re like me, you sometimes get discouraged and overwhelmed as a parent. Don’t get me wrong. Parenting is a great blessing, but it is very challenging, to say the least.
Sometimes I need some encouragement and a few fresh ideas. One resource I love is called Seeds Family Worship. Not only do they provide very practical parenting advice, but they also have some really good scripture songs for kids to learn God’s Word.
I received an article today on 11 parenting tips from a teenager’s perspective, and I thought I’d pass it along to you. Click here to read the article. Maybe you are like me and just need a little encouragement to keep you going or a nugget of advice to stick in your parenting tool belt.
You should all be proud of your children. Each day I see great things in their character that I know are a result of your faithful example and diligent teaching. I am praying for you as you seek to point your kids to Christ and be the godly examples that we all want to be for our kids.
